What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer XS, S, M, and L across all pieces.
Do you offer refunds?
We operate on an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds, but size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery where stock permits. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How long do pre-orders take?
Pre-order items have an estimated production time of 30–60 days before shipping. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free when you buy a halter and skirt as a set. Individual items ship for $8.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
How should I care for my pieces?
Each piece is made with delicate embellishments on sheer mesh. Store flat, avoid folding or crushing the beadwork, and handle gently. We recommend hand washing or professional dry cleaning only.
