Return & Refund Policy
Exchange-Only Policy
Because this is our first drop and many pieces are produced in limited quantities or on a made-to-order basis, Hale Storm currently operates on an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds, returns for refund, or order cancellations once production has begun.
Exchange Window
Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. To start an exchange, email storm@thehalestorm.com with your order number, the item you received, and the size you would like instead.
Item Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with any original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, staining, fragrance, makeup, deodorant, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered under this policy. If your requested exchange size is unavailable, we will contact you with any alternative solution available for your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at storm@thehalestorm.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items that do not meet the condition requirements above, final sale items, and customized or altered items are not eligible for exchange.
