Pre-Orders

Some Hale Storm pieces are produced on a pre-order basis as part of limited releases.

Pre-order items are made to order with an estimated production time of 30–60 days before shipping. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on production schedules and demand.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production timeline.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will ship first. Pre-order items will ship separately once production is complete, with separate tracking provided for each shipment.
